Hiraṇyavarṇa Mahāvihāra, also Kwa Bahal informally called The Golden Temple with literal meaning "Gold-colored Great Monastery" is a historical vihara (Buddhist monastery) situated in Patan, Nepal. It is known locally as the "Golden Temple" and it is famous for feeding rats.
